Sierra Electronics Return Policy
-
Any return for any
reason must be within 5 days of receipt.

There will be a 15%
restocking fee on any items returned unless the fault
was ours or the item(s) are damaged or
defective.

Shipping charges are
not refunded.

If item(s) were "Free
Shipping", the actual shipping charge will be deducted
from the refunded amount. If final order amount is
under "free shipping" requirements after return, actual
shipping will be deducted.

Helmets ordered with headsets
installed may not be returned for refund or exchange.
Once fitted, we welcome customers to return a helmet at
any time to have a headset professionally installed by
our staff.

If you incorrectly
ordered an item please DO NOT OPEN the packaging. We
cannot accept returns for errors when ordering unless
the packaging is 100% intact. Please call us if you have
any questions about your order BEFORE you
order it. Some of the products have irreplaceable
packaging and cannot be resold.

Defective products
returned to us in original packaging, as if never
opened, with all accessories and
owner manual will be replaced, repaired, or money
refunded.

If you should
need to exchange your helmet for one of another size or
color, simply return it to Sierra via common
carrier prepaid within 5 days of receipt, with
instructions as to which size or color you wish to
substitute. To insure a high standard or quality
control, no refund or exchange will be honored if the
helmet is returned with it's finish scuffed or
scratched, any parts missing, the helmet is soiled, or
the helmet carton is broken or damaged.

Products returned to
us with missing accessories, missing original packaging,
or damaged original packaging will be refused. No
returns sent COD will be accepted. Returns must be sent
pre-paid.

All returns must go
through our return authorization process. Send us an
email or contact us and we'll give you instructions.
Please contact customer service for more information on
returning an item.

special orders cannot
be returned except under special circumstances and may
incur an additional return fee from the manufacturer or
distributor.
